Guiding and orientation, not tickets
The site explains guided walks and provides a channel to request guiding details for Gardens by the Bay. When confirmed, guiding consists of in-person orientation and accompaniment for the agreed duration and group size, including route choice, pacing, and plain-language context for what you see.
Guiding does not include attraction entry, transport, meals, equipment hire, or insurance. Ticketed areas such as Flower Dome Singapore, Cloud Forest Singapore with its giant waterfall Singapore and indoor waterfall, Floral Fantasy Singapore, Supertree Observatory and Skyway require separate entry bought by you from official sellers. Each written confirmation states guiding scope, time, and meeting point.

Official hours, ticket terms, closures, and conduct rules are set by the attraction and prevail over general guidance on this site. Enquiries and visits
From request to meeting point
Submitting a form creates an enquiry only, not a booking or ticket reservation. A guiding arrangement exists only after written confirmation of time, duration, group size, meeting point, and fee.
Accurate enquiry details
Provide correct dates, headcount, ages of children, and mobility facts needed for planning a 3 to 6 kilometre walk in heat, humidity, and cooled halls. Visitor responsibilities on the day
Buy correct attraction entries for the correct date and time, arrive 15 minutes early at the confirmed meeting point, carry ticket QR codes and required ID, and follow staff directions inside halls and outdoor areas. Disclose health or supervision needs before the walk so pacing past Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, and Floral Fantasy can be set sensibly.
Without valid entry or on-time arrival, the walk is shortened within booked hours. The guide cannot extend into later bookings or hold entry gates.

Fees and payment for guiding
Guiding fees are quoted separately from attraction entry and state duration and group size. Accepted methods are specified in the confirmation, such as invoice or bank transfer or settlement in person as agreed. We do not process online card payments for attraction tickets and do not add ticket surcharges. Ticket payments and refunds remain strictly between you and the official seller, and guiding cancellation or rescheduling terms are those stated in the confirmation.

Steady pace, park rules first
Follow one-way flows, barriers, railings, and staff instructions in conservatories, on walkways, and around Supertree structures. Children must remain supervised on ramps, stairs, and elevated sections. Do not touch planting except where expressly allowed.
The guide may pause explanations in narrow or crowded areas and may adjust the route for weather, closures, or safety directions. Outdoor viewings of the Singapore light show gardens are subject to park management decisions on timing and cancellation. Singapore botanical areas and cooled halls each have their own staff guidance.

What we answer for, and what we do not
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable for providing the confirmed guide at the confirmed time and place for the confirmed duration. That is the core promise: a prepared guide, where agreed, for the hours agreed.
The operator is not liable for ticket availability, queue lengths, denied entry due to ticket type or late arrival, transport delays, personal health events, lost property, or changes to official hours, closures, or show schedules for Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, or the evening light show. Allow buffer time between city travel and the meeting point and consider travel insurance for longer stays.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law. If a conservatory closes a level or a show is cancelled for weather, the guide will reshape the remaining time on foot rather than promise access that the park has closed.
Practical note
Keep ticket QR codes offline on your phone, carry water for outdoor stretches, and keep an eye on official channels on show days. Your guide brings the Singapore gardens itinerary together, but entry and weather calls sit with the attraction.
